Is it free to create an invitation?

The Starter plan is completely free for up to 10 guests. Paid plans are available for more guests, premium templates and additional features.

Can I edit my invitation after creating it?

Yes. You can edit your invitation, update its details or change the template at any time from My Events.

How do guests respond to the RSVP?

Guests open your invitation link and use the form at the bottom of the page to send their attendance status, guest count and message. Replies appear immediately. The guest interface is available in Turkish, English and German.

Are photos and messages published automatically?

By default, they are published after your approval. Enable Auto Approval in the settings to display guest submissions immediately.

Can I upgrade my plan?

Of course. You can upgrade at any time. Your existing invitation stays in place and the new features become available immediately.

How long does my invitation stay online after payment?

All paid invitations remain active for 12 months from the event date. You can purchase again to extend this period.

Can I connect my own domain?

Premium and Corporate plans support custom domains. You can publish your invitations using your own domain.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If you have not published your invitation, you can receive a full refund within the first 7 days after purchase. Published invitations are not refundable, but you can change your plan.

Is my data secure?

Data is stored with encryption. Your guest list and messages belong to you and are not shared with third parties.
